Trusted by Clients to Create Lasting Change

Working with Eike feels like taking a deep, grounding breath. She makes processing challenges and negative experiences feel less overwhelming and more approachable. Her support provides the rare but essential comfort needed to sit with discomfort and navigate meaningful transformation.

When I think about my therapy journey, Eike’s skills in EMDR, Somatic Experiencing, and mind-body approaches have been incredibly impactful. These methods have helped me connect with what I’m feeling on a deeper, more physical level — not just intellectually. Instead of just talking about things, I’ve been able to actually process and release experiences that were stuck in my body and nervous system. EMDR in particular has helped me reframe painful memories in a way that feels healing, and the somatic work has taught me how to notice and regulate what’s happening in my body when I’m overwhelmed. Eike integrates these tools so seamlessly that I always feel supported and safe, even when we’re exploring difficult territory. It’s been a much more holistic and effective experience than any talk therapy I’ve done in the past.

If you think you've already done enough therapy and it won't work for you anymore, you haven't met Eike yet. She's got a way of getting to the answers to questions you never thought you'd get.

I tend to overflex my intellectual defenses in order to cope and through EMDR, Somatic work and Mind Body techniques, she has taught me so much about how I both hold things in my body and can also create understanding and relief through attention to these other areas in my being.

I started therapy with Eike primarily to overcome a phobia with EMDR but realized quickly that I had finally found a genuinely caring person that I could really talk to without judgment, without feeling like I was talking to a wall. She is like a partner in your recovery or self discovery journey, someone who cheers you on and helps you hold yourself up and helps you put the pieces together. It’s amazing how she makes you feel understood and also helps you understand things in a way that’s approachable and relatable.

She is very fun to work with - even in the sessions where a lot of tough emotions come up. Eike is a very warm, compassionate, and insightful person with a range of techniques and experiences to pull from in how she helps her clients. She has gotten me in for extra sessions and really has gone above and beyond for me when I've gone through particularly rough patches and needed extra support. Eike genuinely cares and I look forward to my therapy sessions with her!

She brings in somatic work which has helped me actually feel and process things instead of just thinking about them. And even though she doesn’t have OCD herself, she understands it deeply which is rare and makes me feel understood.

Eike truly has a gift for this line of work and all who are fortunate enough to work with her will walk away with a greater understanding of themselves and how to live the fullest expression of their entire being!

She allows you to trust the process, and the process works. For the first time, I feel like what I go through is "normal". Meaning, how I respond to certain situations is rooted in early childhood, and once I'm aware of it, the negative power goes away.

Eike is able to bring a variety of tools and perspectives to any session, and this helps to keep the therapy dynamic and effective. She has an intuitive sense about what might be useful or helpful at any given time.

Every therapist I had before was like riding a train to the end of the line, with no place left to go and no idea what to do next, but not really feeling like you made it to the right spot. I have yet to feel like that with Eike because she’s curious about what else there is to uncover. She never makes me feel like that’s it, like there’s nothing more we can do.

She genuinely cares about her clients. I always feel supported, seen, and not judged.

If you’re looking for a therapist, I honestly can’t recommend Eike enough. Working with her has been such a big part of my growth — she’s helped me understand myself more deeply and navigate things I used to feel stuck in. What I love most is how comfortable she makes me feel. Sessions with her feel like sitting down with a close girlfriend — someone who listens with care, supports you without judgment, and really gets it. It’s rare to find someone who can make you feel that safe and seen.

Previous therapy experiences have been all talk therapy. Eike utilizes different modalities in order to get to the root of the issue in order to heal it. Talk therapy definitely has its benefits and uses, but she has other tools in her arsenal.

My experience with EMDR has been helpful to my day to day life. It’s my first time with this therapy modality and Eike was incredible with my nervous apprehension of trying a new kind of therapy. She supported me and answered all my questions thoroughly before we began and has been helpful in the process of finding what works for me.
